Who we are
Beelieving Vision Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: coaching@beelievingvision.com, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide via forms (name, email, message).
- Answers you choose to share in the optional Clarity Call preparation form.
- Masterclass sign-ups (name, email, the session you chose and your time zone).
- Speaking enquiries (your organisation and details of your event).
- How you heard about us, if you tell us, and whether you asked to receive the newsletter.
- Account information when you register for a course (email, name).
- Purchase records (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details).
- Course progress and Vision Journal entries you create.
- Anonymous, cookie-free analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver coaching and courses (contract / legitimate interest).
- To send resources and joining details you asked for.
- To send the newsletter, only if you signed up for it or ticked the box asking for it (consent — unsubscribe any time).
- To prepare for your Clarity Call, using any answers you chose to share (consent).
- To improve our services.
Processors
We use trusted providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts & database), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Resend (email), Calendly (booking, only when you choose to load it) and Anthropic (AI Vision Journal responses — journal prompts are sent to generate replies and are not used to train models).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. financial records for 6 years). You can ask us at any time to delete answers you shared before a Clarity Call.
